Hmmm...what shall I have for breakfast today? Brrrr...tis a tad bit chilly on the toes here this morning in NW Iowa...

Mother Cardinal and the house finches are enjoying some "Joe's Mix" this morning. I don't know what makes it "Joe's Mix", but I'm telling you as soon as these folks leave, it is up the pole I go...Jeepers, looks like the birds need to do some house keeping...see the bird do-do??...disgusting!!!
Auuggghhh....now the chickadees are there....it was my turn. Don't you just hate it when birds budge???? Gesh...where are their manners??

Brenda, you are taking some really great photos! (I envy your new camera lens.) I, too, have been watching the birds at the feeders this morning. There are several squirrels who visit as well (via tunnels through the snow.) I have corn cob feeders for them, but they still prefer the bird feeders.
There is no way that your cannot smile while looking at your photos. Thanks for taking the time to make me smile. Laura
