I've got the eagle web cam on as I type, the bird's are chirping, the sun is peaking out, it looks to be a nice sunny spring day for our little eaglets. They are growing amazingly fast. I think there are going to be a few empty nesters when they take flight come July...I know one for sure.
Have a good day,
Brenda
Hi Brenda,
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see the photos of the samplers. My daughter is doing one for me along with one for herself. Thanks for designing the sampler as it will be a wonderful memory for me and my daughter. We have discussed and watched the progress of the eagles all spring.
Have a great Easter!
Your Hoosier Friend,
Monica
PS: Check out my daughter's blog....The Twisted Stitcher. She is the one that got me hooked on the eagles this spring.
Looking forward to this project. I wanted mine to look like yours, so had to order onyx fabric. They just shipped today. This will be my first cross stitch since I did a little ornament back in the early 70's. But I do love the look & especially the design. I am an avid appliquer and embroiderer, so I think I'll be okay. I sent the eagle link to my grandchildren, they think the eaglets are mine! So thanks again... and great job raising some $ for the raptor project!
ReplyDeleteI don't have enough stitched yet to post, but I'll be with you next week.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what has come in.
