While there are several inches of snow on our ground here in NW Iowa, there are little signals that Spring is approaching. First off, our days are growing longer...I love this, don't you? The cardinals have started singing their courting songs, chickadees are fee-beeing... so welcoming to hear and gives us hope that warmer and muddy days are approaching! I always enjoy seasonal stitching and am excited to share with you a new series, one for each season. Spring and Summer will be releasing in early March with Autumn and Winter to follow in 2018, prior to each season.
These are small in size, precious & petite and make great bowl fillers or cupboard tucks. I chose to work these over 2 on a 40 count linen. They finish up into 4 5/8" x 4" little pillows. Ric rac trim to the edges makes a sweet & simple finish.
